Anupama Chatterjee believes in helping customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a fair and transparent Cancellation & Refund Policy. All our products and services are delivered digitally, including webinars, masterclasses, workshops, live courses, and other online programs.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the session.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are made within 24 hours of purchase and before course access has been activated.
Once course access has been granted, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
To request a cancellation, email support@anupamachatterjee.com with your order details and the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted for missed sessions, non-attendance, or partial participation.
If you do not receive your access details within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our support team at support@anupamachatterjee.com.
If a session is cancelled or rescheduled by Anupama Chatterjee and you are unable to attend the revised schedule, you will be entitled to either:
A full refund, or
Credit toward another session of equal value.
If you are unable to access your course or learning materials due to a technical issue on our end and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, you will be eligible for a full refund.
If the service you receive is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
All requests will be reviewed by the Anupama Chatterjee team and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
Missed sessions or non-attendance.
Partial participation or incomplete course completion.
Change of mind after course access has been granted.
Purchases made using promotional, discounted, or special offer pricing unless otherwise stated.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
If you do not receive your access details within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately before raising a refund request. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
